Individual status review and feedback meeting

The program starts for you with a self assessment, which allows us to tailor the program to your individual requirements. The self assessment is carried out by completing a form that you will receive upon registration. The self assessment form is based on the PERO fields of action and helps you choose your modules. In addition, you will have the opportunity to discuss the form in a feedback session with our coach and clarify any questions or raise any ideas you wish to elaborate in future coaching sessions.

Please note that a feedback session is not possible without a completed self assessment form. We will neither store nor use your completed form, therefore an online version of it is not provided. There is no need for you to hand it in to us. The form is intended for personal use only, to help you select your modules and prepare for the feedback session.
