Marketing resources for use at conferences
Everything you need for your event
You can order the necessary PR material and equipment for your conferences and symposia at the University from the Department for Marketing and Communication and directly from the online shop. There is a fee or hire charge for certain products. Prices can be found in the information on individual products.
You can purchase merchandising such as T-shirts and mugs online in the FAU online shop at www.fau-shop.deor at Shirthunter in Erlangen (Obere Karlstr. 19, phone +49 9131 97 82 31).
Marketing resources for conferences (folders, writing pads, ballpoint pens, bags, greetings cards, etc.) as well as free giveaways (gummy bears, stickers, etc.) can only be ordered via the FAU online shop at www.fau-shop.de. FAU staff can set up a staff account for the online shop. You can request instructions for setting up a staff account and a password by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
Your order is delivered directly to your address. Collection from the Office of Marketing (Erlangen town centre) is no longer necessary.
Display panels and roll-ups
You can hire roll-ups, display panels and beach flags directly from the Office of Marketing. Send an inquiry via e-mail with ‘Roll-ups and display panels’ in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Roll-ups, display panels and beach flags can only be collected on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am until 12pm.
- Roll-ups: 5 euros per week
- Beach flags: 10 euros per week
