We provide comprehensive advice and support for international students to help them get off to a good start and make the most of their time at FAU and for FAU students who are planning to spend time abroad. Whether you have questions about prerequisites for studying, accreditation of achievements, scholarships or planning a semester abroad – we can provide individual advice and detailed information all about international study.

Advice for exchange programs – incoming and outgoing

The Mobility Team for stays abroad offers advice to FAU students about studying and internships abroad. We welcome all students who come to FAU as part of an exchange program or as free movers.

Non-academic advice for international students enrolled as regular students

Contact for international students enrolled in a degree program at FAU with questions on non-academic matters

Advice on non-academic topics (for example, financing your studies, health insurance and residency) for international students at FAU aiming for a German university degree who have successfully applied for and are now enrolled on one of our more than 150 degree programs.
