Is it possible to change subject in the summer semester?

Students can only change subject with effect from the summer semester in a few exceptional cases. Namely, if the degree program can normally be started in the summer semester, or if students have sufficient credits eligible for accreditation from their previous studies that qualify them to enter at least the second subject semester. Otherwise, a transfer to the first subject semester is only possible at the start of the winter semester.
