Recruiting events

Many larger companies organize recruiting events to attract new personnel. These events, which  usually last one to two days, often have a target audience limited to specific disciplines. For example, there are events specifically for doctoral candidates and graduates in engineering or business and economics. When it comes to organizing recruiting events, some companies are very creative. In addition to traditional factory tours, discussion groups, and workshops, some companies also organize sailing trips or geocaching. To participate in a recruiting event, you usually need to apply in advance with a letter of motivation and your CV.
