Exam registration
Registration period for module exams
Further information about each semester can be found on one of the following tabs:
- Regular registration period for all exams offered once per semester, and for the first exam date of exams offered twice in the same semester: June 2 (12:01 a.m.) to June 22, 2025 (11:59 p.m.)
- Special registration period at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences for seminars and similar courses designated by chairs (list): Monday, May 12 (12:01 a.m.) and Tuesday, May 13, 2025 (11:59 p.m.)
- Registration period for re-exams offered in the same semester (second exam date at the Faculty of Philosophy, Natural Sciences, or Medicine):
- Second exam dates at the Faculty of Philosophy: From the Monday after the end of lectures in the current semester until March 20 (in the winter semester) or September 20 (in the summer semester)
- Second exam dates at the Faculty of Natural Sciences: From the Monday four weeks before the start of lectures in the following semester until the start of lectures in the following semester. For the Pharmacy and Food Chemistry programs, the registration period for the second exam date is January 1 to April 15 for the winter semester and July 1 to October 15 for the summer semester.
- Second exam dates at the Faculty of Medicine: For the Human Medicine and Dental Medicine programs, please contact the respective student secretariats of the relevant departments. For the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs at the Faculty of Medicine, please contact the respective program coordinator directly.
- Regular registration period for all exams offered once per semester, and for the first exam date of exams offered twice per semester: November 17 (12:01 a.m.) to December 7, 2025 (11:59 p.m.)
- Special registration period at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences for seminars and similar events designated by departments (list): Monday, October 27 (12:01 a.m.) and Tuesday, October 28, 2025 (11:59 p.m.)
- Registration deadline for re-exams offered in the same semester (second exam date at the Faculty of Arts, Natural Sciences, or Medicine):
- Resit exam dates at the Faculty of Arts: From the Monday after the end of lectures in the current semester until March 20 (in the winter semester) or September 20 (in the summer semester)
- Second exam dates at the Faculty of Natural Sciences: From the Monday four weeks before the start of lectures for the following semester until the start of lectures for the following semester.
