IdM stands for Identity Management and is the gateway to IT services at FAU. IdM is used by all members of FAU.
What do I have to do?
As soon as you have enrolled, you receive an letter with information on how to activate our IT services. You can access a copy of this letter in the campo online portal (Start page > My studies > Student service > Documents > Study documents> User information letter). You will also receive the letter by post.
Please activate your ID using the information in the letter in the Identity Management portal (IdM portal). In the next step, please activate your personal email address and your FAU mailbox in the IdM portal under Requests/Tasks.
