Registration periods for module examinations:
Summer semester 2025:
- Regular registration period for all examinations that are offered once a semester or for the first date for examinations that are offered twice in the same semester: June 2 (00:01) until June 22, 2025 (23:59)
- Special registration period at WiSo for seminars and similar classes and events that have been announced by the Chairs (List): Monday, May 12, 2025 (0:01) and Tuesday, May 13, 2025 (23:59)
- Registration period for resit examinations offered in the same semester (second examination date at Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Theology, Faculty of Sciences or Faculty of Medicine):
- Second examination dates at the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Theology:
From the Monday after the end of the lecture period of the current semester until March 20 (winter semester) or September 20 (summer semester). - Second examination dates at the Faculty of Sciences:
From the Monday four weeks before the lecture period begins in the following semester until the lecture period begins in the following semester. For the degree programs Pharmacy and Food Chemistry, the deadlines for registering for the second examination date are January 1 until April 15 for the winter semester and July 1 to October 15 for the summer semester. - Second examination dates at the Faculty of Medicine:
Students of medicine/dentistry should contact the secretaries’ offices of the relevant departments. For Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs at the Faculty of Medicine, please contact the relevant degree program coordinator directly.
- Second examination dates at the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Theology:
From winter semester 2025/2026:
Provisionally as of Monday November 11, 2025 (00:01) until Sunday December 7, 2025 (23.59). Further details will follow.
Students must register for these examinations via campo. The registration function is only activated during registration periods.

In addition, an extension of the second examination period for electronic examinations has been decided for the next semesters:
WS 24/25 E-Klausuren TF: March 21, 2025 to March 27, 2025
SoSe 25 E-Klausuren TF: September 12, 2025 to September 18, 2025
WS 25/26 E-Klausuren TF: March 12, 2026 to March 18, 2026
The list below states the examination dates scheduled for the coming semesters. Please note that these dates are only preliminary and are subject to change. They are not legally binding. The list is for information purposes only. All other information in the table is also subject to change before the examination registration period. The information displayed in campo during the examination registration process is authoritative. The times and locations of examinations are published at relatively short notice in campo to ensure room capacities are fully utilised.
Information about the rooms and times of the examinations for both examination periods will be published in Campo approximately two weeks before the respective examination day. Please do not ask the staff at the Examinations Office for dates in advance; the dates will be entered in Campo as soon as they are confirmed.
