Does playing in dirt really make children healthier and protect against allergies? The new study conducted by a team of researchers at FAU and the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm has now raised doubts about this assumption.

The Free State of Bavaria has now dedicated 10 million euros in funding to setting up a new Human Rights Research Center at FAU. It will be based in Nuremberg. What only existed on drawings up to now is soon set to become reality. “We expect to begin building work this year and are already looking forward to moving into the building at the end of 2025,” said Prof. Dr. Markus F. Neurath, spokesperson of Deutsches Zentrum Immuntherapie (DZI).
