Support for projects funded by DFG
The German Research Foundation (DFG) offers a range of funding options such as research grants, the Emmy Noether Programme, Collaborative Research Centres, Research Training Groups, Research Units or Priority Programmes. It also provides funding for graduate schools or clusters of excellence in the context of the Excellence Initiative by the German federal and state governments.
We provide information, advice and support regarding DFG funding, in particular with respect to
- the administrative and financial aspects of preparing proposals (staff costs, programme allowances, signatures, proposal submission, etc.)
- evaluations in the context of Collaborative Research Centres or Research Training Groups (working together with the Executive Board and the Bavarian State Ministry of Education, Science and the Arts)
- questions about project management (classification number, call for funds [Mittelabruf], proof of use [Verwendungsnachweis], cost-neutral project extension [kostenneutrale Laufzeitverlängerung], request for additional funds due to increased staff costs [tarifbedingter Mehrbedarf])
