Career Service

The Career Service at FAU is part of the Student Advice Center. It is open to students, doctoral candidates and graduates of all faculties of FAU and advises them on matters relating to working during their studies, entering the workforce, and career planning. At the same time, the Career Service serves as a contact point for FAU graduates for up to one year after graduation.

The services it provides include, among others:

• In-person and online seminars on job applications, career guidance, and starting a career
• Seminars and webinars on job applications and soft skills
• Individual advice on career-related topics for students from the first semester onward and for doctoral candidates
• Application portfolio reviews and interview preparation support
