Welcome to FAU’s social media universe where you can find links to our posts, tweets and blogs so you can stay up to date about university life at FAU. All information on these channels is also available on the various FAU websites and portals.
In addition to FAU’s official social media channels, there is a wide variety of other social media channels connected to FAU. Researchers on X, student associations on Facebook and organizational units on Instagram: You’ll find an overview of all these channels in our social media address book.

FAU has its own YouTube channel for presenting the University in videos in German and English. Whether it’s information about our degree programs, interesting reports from research and teaching or videos about our events – visitors to our YouTube channel are always up to date with what’s going on.
Dancing and lipsync? TikTok is a lot more than just that…. and you can even find FAU there. On TikTok we present special formats such as 60 seconds of knowledge and would like to show current and prospective students what motivates people at our uni.

The FAU app
FAU app: The free FAU app for iOS and Android keeps you up-to-date when you’re on the go. What’s my professor’s e-mail address? Which room is my seminar in? What’s on the menu today at the restaurants? In the FAU app you can find the answers to these and many more questions.
